Our Head Chef John Mulvihill  brings a wealth of experience from hotels and quality restaurants  in Ireland  John heads up a team of four chefs and endeavours at all times to use local suppliers and as members of Feile Bia all of our Beef, Lamb, Poultry & Eggs are guaranteed Irish origin and quality assured. Our aim is to provide our guests with high quality fresh food and service, in a relaxed atmosphere. We boast one of the most spectacular views across Galway Bay!
